Twenty-five years of making Lugano dream
We opened in 1998 in a small window on Via Nassa, with a globe, two desks and the belief that a journey is built by listening, not selling. Not much has changed since: the globe is still there.
Today we are a team of consultants who have, in person, set foot in most of the destinations we propose. The internet has made everyone their own travel agent - and that’s fine. We remain for those who want something more: the right advice, a hand in the hard moments, the trip you didn’t even know you wanted.

How much does a quote cost?
Nothing. The consultation and the quote are always free and without obligation. You only pay when you decide to travel and accept the proposal.
Is booking with you more expensive than online?
Almost never. Thanks to our partners we often get better fares, and our advisory work is included. Plus you get assistance, a guarantee and a human point of contact: things you can’t buy online.
Can I change a ready-made package?
Of course: the packages are a starting point. We shift the dates, add nights, include stops or experiences. In the end, every trip is effectively tailor-made.
What happens if a flight is cancelled?
We take care of it. During the trip you have an assistance number active 24 hours a day: we reorganise flights, transfers and hotels while you stay calm.
Is my money protected?
Yes. We are covered by the Swiss travel guarantee fund: in the event of insolvency your deposits and your return are guaranteed. It’s a safeguard that DIY booking does not offer.
Do you also arrange group and corporate trips?
Yes: honeymoons, group trips with friends, anniversaries, but also incentive trips and team building for companies in Ticino. Tell us the occasion and we’ll find the right format.
