Our story
Twenty-five years of making Lugano dream
We opened in 1998 in a small window on Via Nassa, with a globe, two desks and the belief that a journey is built by listening, not selling. Not much has changed since: the globe is still there.
Today we are a team of consultants who have, in person, set foot in most of the destinations we propose. The internet has made everyone their own travel agent - and that’s fine. We remain for those who want something more: the right advice, a hand in the hard moments, the trip you didn’t even know you wanted.
