FAQ
The questions I’m asked most.
How soon do I get the photos?
For a portrait about a week, for an event a few days for the express selection and 1 - 2 weeks for the full gallery. For weddings: a sneak peek within 5 days and full delivery in 3 weeks.
Do you work outside Ticino too?
Yes. I’m based in Lugano but work across Switzerland and in northern Italy. Travel beyond 50 km is agreed in the quote.
Do you shoot both photo and video?
Yes, with the same eye and the same palette. For larger projects I work with a second operator, so photo and video come out coordinated.
Can I have prints or an album?
Of course. From the private gallery you can order fine-art prints and, for weddings, a hand-bound artisan album. I show you a few examples before ordering.
Are drone shots legal?
Yes, I work with a certified pilot and within Swiss rules: where needed we request the necessary authorisations before the shoot.
How does payment work?
For weddings and events I ask a deposit at booking to hold the date, the balance on delivery. For portraits payment is at the end of the session. Invoice always included.
