About us
YOURBRAND is a family-run appliance-repair service based in Lugano. For twenty years we have gone to homes across Ticino to fix washing machines, fridges, ovens, dishwashers, hobs and dryers, with original parts and guaranteed repairs.
It all started with a van, a toolbox and the belief that a well-made appliance deserves to be repaired, not thrown away. We've grown since then, but the method is unchanged: honest diagnosis, original parts and a price agreed before the work, not after.
Today the team brings together technicians specialised in laundry, cooling, cooking and electronics, so we can handle almost any appliance from diagnosis to warranty - while staying a single, trusted point of contact for the whole home.
