How it works

From enrolment to the first day, in 4 steps

  1. 01

    Come for a visit

You book a free guided tour: you see the spaces, meet the educators and ask every question.

  2. 02

    You fill in the form

If it convinces you, you leave an enrolment request with the age group, hours and desired start date.

  3. 03

    Welcome meeting

A meeting with the director to get to know you, share the child's habits and needs and plan the settling-in.

  4. 04

    We begin, gently

The gradual, personalised settling-in begins. From here, a lovely new adventure - for the child and for you.

Frequently asked

Parents' questions

From what age do you accept children?

We welcome children at the nursery from 4 months and accompany them up to 6 years, through pre-school. Groups are organised by age band, but transitions always respect the individual child's readiness.

How does settling in work?

Settling in is gradual and personalised. In the first days the parent stays beside the child, then times slowly lengthen, always with the same key educator. We do not follow a rigid calendar: we go at the child's pace.

Are meals included? And in case of allergies?

Yes, the fresh meals made in our in-house kitchen are included in the fee. Menus are approved by a dietitian and we handle intolerances and allergies with care: you tell us everything at the welcome meeting and we account for it every day.

How much does it cost? Is there support for the costs?

Fees depend on attendance: you will find indicative amounts above. We offer reductions for families with more than one child, and depending on the situation there may be cantonal or municipal support for childcare costs. We are happy to discuss it together.

What is the educator-to-child ratio?

We keep small groups and an educator-to-child ratio compliant with cantonal directives, more generous in the youngest bands. It means more attention for each child and a calmer environment for everyone.

What happens if my child gets ill?

For the well-being of all the children we follow clear guidance on infectious illnesses and fever. If a child feels unwell during the day, we inform the parents at once. Staff are trained in paediatric first aid for any eventuality.
