The workshop
More than a furniture shop: a joiner's bench
Behind every piece there is a person, a workshop and a little time. This is the story of YOURBRAND, from the first joiner's bench to the signature under the top.
The story
One workshop, plenty of wood and one rule: made well
YOURBRAND began in 1994 in a small village workshop: a few machines, the joiner's bench and the urge to build furniture that lasts a lifetime. No mass production: every project starts from your drawing and ends with the installation, handled by the same pair of hands.
We work solid wood - oak, walnut, ash, larch - at the right pace: the wood seasons, the joint is tested, the finish is applied by hand. That is why every piece is designed for the space it will live in, measured to the millimetre and built to last.

Who is behind the bench
Luca Moretti
Joiner and owner · at the bench since 1994
Luca learned the trade as a boy, in a workshop, and in 1994 opened his own. Since then he follows every project in person: the site visit, the drawing, cutting the wood and the final installation. A single point of contact, from the first measurement to the signature under the top.

The workshop
A look inside the workshop
The workshop is a large room full of wood: the machines on one side, the joiner's bench in the middle, shelves of wood and finish samples. This is where every project takes shape, from the cut to the hand finish, and it is also the showroom where we display finished kitchens and furniture.
The process
From design to installation
No surprises and no shortcuts. Every job goes through the same four stages, followed by a single point of contact.
Site visit and design
We come to survey the space to the millimetre, understand how you live in the home and design the piece to measure, with a clear quote.
Choosing the woods
Together we choose the woods and finishes: oak, walnut, ash, larch. We show you the samples in person, in the workshop.
Building in the workshop
We cut, joint and hand-finish, one piece at a time. Everything is dry-fitted before the final finish.
Installation and handover
We install on site with care, adjust every detail and leave the site tidy. Then we explain how to look after it.
Our values
Four promises, on every project
Bespoke, for real
No rigid catalogues: we survey the space to the millimetre and design the piece around your home and your habits.
Solid wood
Selected oak, walnut, ash and larch with traceable origin. Living material that ages well and can be repaired.
Built to last
Real joinery, quality hardware, hand-applied finishes. Solid, repairable, timeless furniture, not disposable.
A single contact
From the first drawing to the final installation you deal with one person: a clear quote, firm timing, a tidy site.
Materials and wood essences
Selected woods, traceable origin
We work solid wood and, where possible, local species: European oak and ash, walnut, alpine larch and responsibly sourced timber. We buy well, season slowly and cut waste by reusing offcuts in the workshop.
Oak
Sturdy and timeless, it brushes and oils well. The most requested choice for kitchens and doors.
Walnut
Warm and dark, with a magnificent grain. Perfect for tables, tops and statement pieces.
Ash and larch
Pale and hard-wearing: ash for bright interiors, larch for doors and joinery.
Natural finishes
Natural oils and waxes that feed the wood and can be refreshed. No plastic lacquers.
Local wood and sustainability
A short supply chain, waste kept to a minimum
Where we can, we choose wood from nearby, traceable sources: fewer journeys, support for well-managed forests and control over quality from the plank to the finished piece. Offcuts become small objects, the rest is recovered as fuel.
Short-chain timber
