The brief
A company was celebrating twenty-five years and wanted a memorable gala evening for clients and staff: a flawless image, speeches, awards and a high-end dinner, all on perfect timing.
How we made it
We turned an event space into a gala hall with warm lighting and a restrained set design matched to the brand. A minute-by-minute run sheet held welcome, speeches, awards and dinner together; our team handled guest check-in, technical production and catering, leaving the management only the pleasure of the evening.
