How far in advance should we contact you?
For a wedding or a large event, 8 to 14 months ahead is ideal, especially for the most sought-after venues. But we also work well on shorter timelines: write to us and we’ll tell you straight away what’s possible.
Do you only work in Lugano, or elsewhere too?
Our base is Lugano, but we run events across Ticino, on Lake Como and, for destination events, in other locations across Switzerland and Italy. We know the venues, the timing and the right suppliers.
Can we choose some suppliers ourselves?
Of course. You can bring the suppliers you love and we’ll coordinate them, or rely on our network of trusted professionals. The choice is always yours; the direction is ours.
How does the quote work?
The package prices are indicative: after the first meeting we prepare a tailored quote based on guest count, venue and services. Transparent, no surprises and no hidden costs.
Do you also handle small, intimate events?
Yes. A dinner for thirty receives the same care as a grand reception. Often the smallest events are the most moving, and we love to tend them.
